Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Renata, the calligraphy & engraving artist behind Nelling Script, based in Berlin, Germany.

Originally from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan - and having lived in the U.S. and studied in Edinburgh, UK - I consider myself a global citizen with a diverse background. With master's degrees in Finance and Marketing, I’ve gained extensive experience working with corporate clients. By day, I thrive in the corporate world; by night, I rock as a calligrapher.

I started my calligraphy journey in 2021, turning a creative spark into a passion project and, eventually, a thriving side hustle. Now, I specialize in live, on-site calligraphy for luxury brands and corporate events.

Fluent in English, Russian, and German, I bring a unique and personable touch to every event, delivering exceptional brand experiences.
